Worldwide shipping is free!
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days, with delivery taking 1 to 3 working days for UK orders, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world.
If an order does not arrive within 14 days please contact us for assistance. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time, we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

Returns are free for faulty items, otherwise a 10% restocking fee will be applied (e.g. if original order value was £50, you will be refunded £45).
All requests for return must be sent within 30 days of receiving goods.
If your item is faulty, please contact us describing the fault to arrange a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for all other returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
